This exciting 2½
hour workshop presents information that could change the way teachers,
childcare providers, parents, and other supervising adults look at water
activities and young children.
Attending this workshop
fulfills the New Hampshire Child Care Program Licensing Rule He-C 4002.29(q)(3)
training requirement. This course meets the requirement for a basic
water safety course. Completing this training allows NH childcare staff
to have children participate in water related activities and will help
prevent drowning.
This free program includes,

of training designed to be thought provoking and challenging.

which includes water activities, licensing rules, a book list for
summer activities, and more.

- All participants
must pre-register.
- The training
is open to adults, 18 years and older.
Due to the
subject matter, this program is not suitable for children.
Participants with children present will not be able to attend.
- Certificates
can only be awarded for attending the entire program.
Late arrivals / early departures will not be eligible for certificates.
- The program
is free of charge.
- This is a dry-land
training. Swimsuits are not necessary.
- Participants
are asked to arrive 15-minutes before the program begins to sign-in.
This allows the program to start and finish on time.
